I just want to understand why are you guys open on Sundays if the person who is there cannot assist anyone. It should either be closed or have someone there who can actually do orders and adjustments if needed. It was disappointing that I drove to this walmart specifically for the Vision Center just to not get any service done.
I highly recommend this vision center at Cordova Walmart! Janessa Jones, Manager, is professional, informative and friendly. I really appreciated her expertise in helping me with decisions for my lenses. I will continue to use this vision center as I was in good hands regarding my selection. Thank you, Janessa! 👏👏👏
Your Assoicate Jakala was very helpful in helping me choosing my glasses after seeing me shopping she asked me if I was in need of new pair. Fortunately I was in need of new glasses at the time and with her help I was able to find me a pair I like and she showed me what options I have and insurance benefits. Overall great experience.
The Walmart Vision Center did an excellent job helping me with getting some glasses. Especially Jakala, as she was shadowing and training, she was a great help and made the process comfortable and just provided an amazing experience.
Great customer service at Walmart Vision. The manager is outstanding—very personable and truly committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. The staff was helpful, attentive, and made the entire experience pleasant. Highly recommend!
