Guy with reddish hair is very impatient and rude. I was picking out glasses for me and my daughter but I was letting her try hers on first. He kept grabbing glasses telling me to try them on. I basically had to be rude and tell him to quit handing me glasses because I was trying to get her situated first. I got her glasses and a couple of months went by and the dog chewed them. They replaced the frame and one lens even thou the other lens was scratched. That lens fell out a week later and when I called for a replacement I was told that they didn't know if the warranty covered that or not. I informed her that it probably was not put in correctly and she would not take my replacement order over the phone. She wanted me to come in just to give verify my name, number and address I just gave her to pull up the information. I had to call another walmart just to get that one lens. So now my daughter has one new lense and one scratched one. I still didn't get my glasses.
