They are excellent I walked into their store with glasses I bought from the Walmart Eye Center chain, even though this was a different Walmart chain location. They put together my glasses with a new screw and threw away they bent one. They cleaned them and they were good as new. Also the customer service and conversation was wonderful worth a brief visit as I began to travel throughout the city. Excellent business model & people..
I went in today to have my frames replaced, I was informed that that no longer offer that BUT the guy who helped me was so wonderful and accommodating. He actually adjusted my frames for me and they fit so much better. I was so impressed and thankful!

I was visiting from out of town for a meeting when my glasses broke. The team at the vision center were so nice and quickly went above and beyond to fix my glasses. Fantastic customer service!
