I went on June 13th to pick out frames & picked up the frames on the 20th. I had a good experience on those 2 days BUT I had to return the glasses w/ in a week as there was something in the plastic that was irritating my ears & I had allergic reaction due to whatever was in the plastic! I am giving them 1* because a month later I still do NOT have refund on my insurance card for me to be able to get new glasses somewhere else because when I returned them I didn't see any that I liked! Before going in today I called & David answered the phone. I went in shortly after that & Richard & Melissa were there! All 3 employees gave AWESOME customer service on the phone & in person! I tell ppl about wal mart vision a lot due to their customer service & prices. My current glasses I have had about 8 yrs & got @ wal mart. The frames cost 9.00!! I love them! Staff is rude and not helpful. Told me they don’t take my insurance because they wanted to talk with other Walmart staff. Showed them on my insurance that they are a provider and they wanted to argue with me. Long story short they are in network but I won’t be making an appt because of the customer service
