Ms.Barbe was so helpful and her attitude is so positive very friendly young lady,she was not pushy ms Barbe taken time with me to find the perfect eye glasses for me ,thank you ms
I had a poor experience with the service here from John. He changed his story more than once and made it seem as though I didn’t hear him correctly. He doesn’t seem to care about the customers. He’s arrogant. And I won’t go back to this vision center because of him. It’s sad when people try to dismiss seniors and act too bothered to submit their insurance to keep their out of pocket at a minimum. I’m very disappointed.
Barbara was very helpful from helping me pick glasses to making my insurance work on my chosen glasses. She’s very jolly and can answer all the questions that I have. She is one of the employees that is worth keeping.
From helping when my glasses were broken to kind courteous & purchasing new glasses. I am extremely pleased!
