Dr Smith was just a joy to be around. He reminds me of my grandfather. He was patient with all of my questions, extremely kind, and he just had a pleasant aura. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back if needed.
This place deserves zero stars. The vision center was supposed to be open at noon (Sunday), and two who hours later a girl showed up to open up. After searching and finding the pair of glasses that I wanted to purchase, she THEN tells me that “she’s not able to place orders. I will need to come back a different day.” Keep in mind, I already had my prescription. Worst customer service ever and I will never go back.
Staff is very rude. Was rude on the day I was in there getting my glasses. Unfortunately, I just tried my sunglasses and learned they aren't my prescription. I called and her remark was oh we only put single lenses on them. Why the Hell would I ask for prescription sunglasses for my prescription and Only want single ??? But for $300 plus more dollars I can get them corrected.
