Rude
I Just recently went down to this Walmart eye center with my girlfriend to help her choose glasses and Dr. Robert K. Horner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone come here unless you want to basically be talked down to when you just have questions or concerns. looking at previous reviews I’m surprised he still works here. although the employees up front were a great help and was willing to go out their way to ensure that her glasses were just right.
I spoke to Lisa over the phone about making an appointment there and she was very helpful. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't work for the doctor there but she let me know how much it would cost out of pocket and how she could help me get glasses if I bring in a prescription from somewhere else. My wife also brought our daughter in to get some sunglasses and said the manager was great with her!
The manager was super helpful and pleasant to talk to. She took the time to answer my questions and was patient and enthusiastic when helping my toddler try on sunglasses!
