The Optometrist is aweful! Rest of the staff was lovely.
This is about the OPTOMETRIST at this location. This guy is terrible. Absolutely no "bedside manner." Dismisses everything you say, his speech style is like he's reading a radio script. He rushes the entire exam and is condescending. And it wasn't just with me. I had to go back for a re-exam because he screwed up the first one and somebody was ahead of me, and he was soooo condescending to that older gentleman that I got up and left. I managed to run over my glasses with my truck. Fortunately the case offered some protection and nothing was actually broken but the frames were bent and missing a screw. Monica Bain put in a screw and set the lens. I walked in with my glasses in a bag and walked out with them on my face. I offered to pay for the service but she absolutely refused…that’s real customer service. Thank You Moni.
I want to give a shout out to the manager Lisa. She tried above and beyond to get my husband into see the optometrist. He lost his glasses and is only home on the weekends so his time is limited. I appreciate her diligence to get him seen by a Dr immediately. Her work ethic speaks volumes.
Lisa is the best!! She has always been a trooper and goes the extra mile to get the job done and well! She helped my wife and me after her cataract surgery. Thanks again Lisa for a job well done!!
