Dr is horrible. Very rude
Beware of Dr. Robert Keleigh Horner. This man is extremely rude. Extremely condescending cut me off every time I tried to say anything. Refused to reimburse me refused to correct my prescription which was probably half the strength that it needed it to be to perform my job. He put my own life and other people's lives in Jeopardy by doing such I'm a heavy equipment operator. Without being able to see correctly I can kill myself or somebody else on accident. The folks in the optical dispensary are okay, but the optometrist (Dr. Robert Horner) was horrible to me. He was rude to me and to the VSP customer service representatives when trying to confirm my insurance coverage. He was very belligerent and kept cutting us off, acting as though he was unquestionably right. Additionally, he was completely un-accommodating of my medical condition when acquiring readings for ocular pressure and such and kept rudely telling me to sit still. I do not like to give poor reviews, and this is about the Dr. Not the staff up front. I have NEVER walked into an office and been told that I cant schedule an appointment. There's something off about this Dr here and I can see by other reviews that im not the only one who has had a poor experience. Im pretty sure hes the same Dr who did my exam here in 2020, and he asked me why I was there and I just thought it was odd that he was questioning me needing an eye exam.
