Great customer service from the folks in the front section! I got a full refund for my glasses because they were to blurry for seeing long distance.Turns out Dr. Timothy O Shea forced a prescription on me and would not correct it after I went back to see him.He said I was at 20/20 So…. I will take my business elsewhere.But good save by Walmart Vision Center!
After dealing with the rude and impatient doctor, I then waited almost 3 weeks for the contacts that I supposedly ordered. Then got a call that only a trial pair of lenses had arrived that I couldn't have until I scheduled a follow-up visit with the same doc so he could "train me" in using the lenses. So another payout to them. And soonest appointment was yet another week. At which point the theory goes I would then be able to actually order lenses.
