I was very happy with the assistance I received from the Walmart employees in the vision department. They had amazing customer service and helped me quickly; however, the doctors side was not very helpful. I was desperate for vision and guided to come here from the connected Walmart location I go to. Walmart was able to verify to the doctor I have been a customer for a long time. I called to ask where should I go to place the order for my son's contact lenses online, and the young lady that answered the phone sighed in the phone as if she did not want to answer my questions and finally said "Walmart.com or Walmart contacts or somethin like that..." So, when I repeated what she said, she again replied, " Yea, somethin like that..." Very Unprofessional! I politely hung up the phone and placed my order with someone else.
