Mary and Minerva are always so helpful. They always go above and beyond to help my family every time we’re there either to renew our glasses or get my son’s glasses repaired. They’re an awesome team.

I came in last week to get replacement frames for my 85 yr old uncle. Unfortunately, Walmart did not have them in stock. However, Ms. Mary and Ms. Kay went above and beyond to help me. Even going as far as "rigging" the damaged frames until I can get him a new pair. This type of customer service model needs to be implemented everywhere. Thanks MS. MARY & MS. KAY!!
Valene and Jeremy were absolutely great! Jeremy helped me order new glasses, he was very informative about lenses and had a great attitude. Valene helped my husband adjust his glasses which he was very satisfied with. Customer service is 100% here! Will definitely make this our regular spot.
