This was my 2nd try with this location and once again HORRIBLE. Kenya was great she was real patient. We had already had our perception we just needed glasses. & for some reason the managed Ashley was very dismissive, when it came to questions. I'm not sure if she just wasn't in a good mood, but her attitude was HORRIBLE and uncomfortable.
I had a wonderful experience with Amanda at this location. She went above and beyond when I came in needing assistance a couple days ago. I also overhead her with other customers and was very impressed with her patience and thoroughness. Highly recommend working with her!
1st pair Got eye exam same day. Healthy blue covered that. Found some perfect $50 frames (had to be under $50 I think to be covered) and my insurance covered the lenses. They will come in 3 to 5 days. Hallelujah! I love Walmart! 2nd pair I got 20% off Oakley glasses if I got glasses with my insurance. Insurance wouldn't cover Oakley ones. What would have cost $220 cost $175. I got them in 3 days... Fast service... Blessed.
