Got eye exam same day. Healthy blue covered that. Found some perfect $50 frames (had to be under $50 I think to be covered) and my insurance covered the lenses. They will come in 3 to 5 days. Hallelujah! I love Walmart!
I arrived for my 1pm appointment at 12:50 and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. While waiting, several walk-in customers were greeted and sent in ahead of me. Forty five minute later, I asked one of the employees, Kenya, why walk-ins were being seen before someone with an appointment. She told me that if I was going to harass her, she would call security. Called and asked if the optician on duty was in today. Was dumped into another line unceremoniously, waited for 5 min and 13 seconds of phone ringing, hung up called back, still no answer for another 5 full minutes. Called another walmart store. Same treatment. These people must hate themselves for working at Walmart. Its too bad folks treat each other this way. Its part of the violence and oppression we all live with. If people tried simple kindness they would like themselves better and we'd all have better lives.
Had fantastic service here! Fast and efficient. And Ashley took the time and effort to save me money! 10/10
