My mom went this morning to get her glasses fixed on the ends because they kept falling off when she looked down and was met with a rude lady working there she didn’t get her name but she was a spanish speaker. told her the wrong information then told her to come back in 20 min and when she came back she was also being rude to another man there. My mom was being very patient with the lady but i find it very unprofessional for her to be talking to customers in that manner and should be trained better. we’ve had a great experi... read more
I had an amazing experience at the vision center. Elvia helped me find a pair of glasses I liked and was so patient and kind! The customer service here is amazing and I will definitely be returning in the future.
