We have a appointment at 10 am and more then 90 min we waiting and the lady in window I think her name Suzy she is realty rude she said she will call me to make sure my insurance working and she never called I have to go again and make the appointment again and here again waiting again bad service rude people
The lady ruined my lenses, and tried to say it’s better than how I brought them in, when I informed her she ruined the lenses than she said there’s nothing she can do about it. Do not come here if you want people who care. I called corporate twice about the situation and the supervisor to this store never called me regarding the situation. I will never come here again.
The Walmart Vision & Glasses crew is excellent. Very good selection of frames and cost of complete set of glasses with blue light protection is an amazing price, compared to other retail stores. Turnaround time is excellent. My son has his new pair of glasses for school. Great customer service. Thank you!

This is the worst place to get your glasses. Total lack of organization & complete lack of respect towards patients & their vision needs. Office forgot to place my order for 4 months then sent the wrong glasses. My eyes are worse now than they were before. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO GOT
