I was very pleased with the manager Brandon at San Jacinto vision center not only was he able to help me with 2 of my frames that I already had which were the BOSE TENOR and the MAUI JIM. He converted the frames to prescription glasses, he offered the best option for both my frames and let me tell you both of them came out ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 😎, if you have old frames or frames that you wanna convert them to prescription like I did I’m sure they will be able to do it but you just gotta take in your frames just to be sure, b... read more

My mom went this morning to get her glasses fixed on the ends because they kept falling off when she looked down and was met with a rude lady working there she didn’t get her name but she was a spanish speaker. told her the wrong information then told her to come back in 20 min and when she came back she was also being rude to another man there. I had an amazing experience at the vision center. Elvia helped me find a pair of glasses I liked and was so patient and kind! The customer service here is amazing and I will definitely be returning in the future.
