John at this location was absolutely amazing & so helpful! My child broke her glasses right before school & before her next vision appointment. Since we didn’t purchase the extra protection coverage & her prescription had expired, we were prepared to just replace the glasses entirely. John took the time to actually listen & understand that we were stuck in between appointments but still needed her glasses for school. This place is horrible because my kids have medicade they tried charging me a extra 30 dollars. I called the bluff and went to another location with no extra charges. And when I questioned the lady she couldn't give me any explanation as to why I had a extra amount due. I will never again set foot at this location
My experience here was great! Lesly was so attentive and polite. Definitely recommend coming over to get a fresh pair of glasses!
