I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have 5 stars, these team of people are top notch! They don’t try to upsell you and they are all so friendly and kind. They will be my vision and glasses place from now on.
I have been waiting almost 5 weeks to get a prescription for contacts. First, we don't have a sample set for me. Then, it was, try them and see if u like them. They fit fine the first time. Third, the attendant couldn't tell by the worksheet what to order. Now, I've waited two weeks to hear from them to get an appt with the doctor to confirm what he ordered a month ago. Crickets. I can't believe this.
