People working here are nice but product poor. Have new progressive lenses, both have chips, after approx 60 days, also the 60 days is only good from the minute you purchase, I didn't get them until at least two weeks later so really their 60 days is 45 days. I didn't buy the warranty, why should I have to buy the warranty paid approx $185.00 for two lenses and wore them 60 days and each lens has a chip. They said should have bought warranty. I have been doing my glasses and eye exam at different Walmart for a number of years without any issue. Recently I went to this branch for my eye exam appointment on time and a lady took me into a small room and made me wait. She showed a terrible attitude when I asked why I am being asked to wait so long. I ended up leaving without doing my eye exam. Never going there again.
Dr.Cotrell was amazing. He’s very friendly and thorough. Explained everything he was doing during the eye exam and what the numbers mean for my contacts vs my glasses. Office was clean. Staff was friendly. Would recommend anyone that needs an eye exam to see Dr.Cotrell.
Dr. Cantrell and his staff are the only reason I go to Walmart. He’s a very thoughtful optometrist, full of knowledge and takes great notes! He takes the time to explain things in an understandable way as well as ensure I’m getting the proper vision care. Dr. Cantrell worked with me until I was satisfied with my lenses and adjusted to Mono-vision. The vision center is clean and comfortable and they have some great eyewear. I forgot to do a review yesterday however would like to say Noel (apologies if I spelled the name wrong) provided excellent service. A nose pad piece broke off my glasses and I did not have a repair kit in my car so stopped by the Walmart vision center to get a glasses repair kit and a new pad put on. Noel was immediately attentive and took care of both of my needs as well as got my glasses put back into shape as they are quite abused and certain weren't in the best condition.
