I have been a customer and always dealt with Ginger for my eye glass service. I went in today to have my glasses adjusted like I had done in the past.. Always was told if frames was broken while they (Walmart) employee was doing adjustment that Walmart would replace with no charge. One of the screws in my frame approximately 6 months kept coming loose/out, so I had to put a little glue for the screw to stay in, which everything was fine. John from Walmart Vision & Glasses was very personable, kind, and did a great job measuring my frames for new prescription lenses. He warmly greeted eveyone who walked into the store, and called me at home as soon as my new prescription glasses & sunglasses were ready. I highly recomnend! JP
