Took my glasses in to get the frame screws tightened and they scratched my lenses in the process. Had to go to another place to get new ones.

I had a great experience at the vision center today. I was helped by Michelle. She was extremely professional and listened carefully , answered all of my questions and figured out what would work best for me. I gave five stars because it is hard to find good customer service anymore and Michelle exceeded my expectations! She is a great representation of how we all would like to be treated and should be treated as Walmart customers.
The manager Ginger, helped me buy two sets of glasses and was patient and informative. I had a problem with on of my glasses a few months later and I was past the oops date but she treated me professionally and fixed my problem. She even noticed my other glasses were not adjusted properly and fixed them on the spot with a smile. She also gave me some cleaning wipes for my trouble.
