As i came in to pick up my contacts person working there had his head down looking at phone literally had to get right in front of him to address me. I told him im here to pick up my contacts. I then asked if i could put them on in the office. He handed me my contacts and said yea. Looked down at his phone again and ignored me. I asked for solution to put them in and he pointed to the bottles that were not opened. I asked how much when i realized he wanted me me to buy a whole thing of solution just to put them in. I told Robyn and Steve how my first review, which was 5 Stars, was removed. When I come in, it is for my glasses to be adjusted. I went in today and Robyn was there. She adjusted them. They are back to where they should be. I've been going here for years.

Robyn and Steve are excellent. They are my favorites when I need my glasses adjusted.

Steve is the man! Don’t get glasses anywhere else, just come straight to Steve. I slept on my glasses thought I’d have to replace my frames and he just did some miracle work on them and they are perfect. Steve is amazing!!!
