Have been a patient of Dr.James Andrews for over 40+ years. He is excellent- knowledgeable - thorough - compassionate and is concerned about his patients. Has always taken time to answer and/or explain any issue - or concetn. You could not ask for a finer more professional Dr.
Never had a problem when filling my prescription eye glasses and sun glasses at this optical shop in Chicopee MA Walmart bldg. They always have a wide array of affordable frames to choose from that I like and quick turnaround to get them processed.They have also been always courteous and attentive when I've used their services. Worth trying them out....
Horrible customer service! No customer priority and more concerned with taking lunch. My wife went in with a special needs adult and very elderly mother and the service was absolutely terrible! Clerk could have cared less about our needs and had zero product knowledge. We won’t go there again! Highly recommend you seek eyewear elsewhere!
