Dr.Hageman is THE best optician! Such a knowledgeable, kind!, respectful and thorough man. I've been seeing him for the last 10 years, and followed him an hour away to stay as his patient cause he's just that great. I look forward to my appointments with him. I highly highly recommend Dr.Hageman to everyone!
Just needed a quick repair and they fixed my problem in 5 minutes free of charge. Super nice people!
Jeff was professional and so helpful made my experience painless. It took me a long time to settle on a frame (tried on probably 20 pairs) but he never lost his patience with me or my family who were helping. Would most definitely suggest their services to anyone who is looking to get new glasses!
From the moment I walked in until the moment I left the staff at the vision center made me feel comfortable and welcome. Sharon went out of her way to make sure that I found just the right pair of frames for my extra strong prescription and was exceptionally patient and kind. I followed Dr. Hageman from another walmart vision center to this one in Ware, because he is FANTASTIC! I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of when I called. I actually could have gotten one sooner than that, but was trying to make 2 appointments in a row for me and someone else. I was greeted quickly, checked in right away, and was back with the Dr within 5 minutes of arriving. Dr Hageman is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
