Kristina and Camille made my experience great! I’ve been going to this Vision Center for years because of the service. They always greet me with a smile. All the three glasses I've bought, I love!
Optical manager Camille goes above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me adjust my glasses and got me in to use my insurance. Definitely recommended.
Camille and Kristina are so attentive when ever I walk in! If I need an adjustment, a screw, or cleaning they are always willing to help me! Exceptional customer service! Also very patient and knowledgeable!
Apparently the Walmart Vision center and the actual eye doctor here are not affiliated. This information was not shared with me when I inquired about an appointment and to make sure the optometrist would accept my HSA. I was told the eye doctor accepts HSA Pay My Provider payments and so I scheduled an appointment. I showed up on time and was seen quickly. However, Dr. Ha was quite curt with me. He made me feel stupid about my own eyes. He did try to help recommend some options for my allergies though, which was nice of him.... read more
