My husband got a pair of Raybans, not sun glasses, here in March. Went back this week with new prescription to get new lenses in same frames. Was told by Melissa that the metal on the frames had some oxidation and I should send them back to Rayban and they would send me replacement frames, which I could then bring back to her. I asked her if she could just replace the lenses with the frames i had bought there and she said no. I asked if she could clean the frames, again no, contact Rayban. Eye Dr Was Good But Took Us 3 Hours For That Part It Was 3 Of Us. The picking glasses part was slow and unorganized to say the least. All 3 of our glasses never stay cleaned. We clean them they are always smeared on the lenses ALL 3!!! Something clearly aint right if all 3 of our glasses stay smeared even after cleaning. I wore glasses all my life never experienced so much smeared lenses!!
