Extremely rude.
When calling twice today i got a young lady on the phone and she was very rude telling me to try another eye place because of the timing i was trying to get for my girls. So i tired to call back to speak to someone else and the guy was just as rude. I would not recommend no one to attend this place until they fix they attitude
Went in to get a pair of glasses made on a frame bought online and was sold a pair of their frames at a better rate by Jennifer who really took time to make sure they fit right and adjusted several other pairs of glasses I had with me. I have been wearing glasses since I was in my late 30s and have had many pairs made and never have I had anyone so knowledgeable about how to adjust them for optimal fit the way she did.
