Today I came for some glasses with plans to pay out of pocket because I was unaware how insurance works. Lou the manager took his time to find my information in the system (mind you I had none on me) and he saved me $160 on my glasses. He’s extremely knowledgeable and cares to give customers a great experience and an informative encounter so next time I am aware of what my insurance provides. Overall informative and great experience.
My wife's glasses has a missing little screw for her reading glasses. We went to Walmart Optical at West Sacramento and helped by Tsiala. Tsiala found a little screw that fits right and tightened all other screws. We were surprised when she did this for complimentary. Thank you so much Tsiala for your kindness and great customer service : )
