Absolutely fantastic service by the two associates that I dealt with Angel and Leslie. Angel did all the preliminary intake work which saved me time and Leslie was my actual sales person. both did a fantastic job. Leslie was extremely patient did more than required I'm sure. What a wonderful experience dealing with her. The optometrist was professional friendly caring answered any questions I had in a way that was fully understandable. overall could not ask for a better experience buying eyeglasses. I had a very amazing experience the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable Leslie was terrific and explained everything to me about both pair of my glasses one for every day use and one for nighttime driving.the glasses were adjusted to a perfect fit for me and are very nice quality. The doctor was friendly and efficient and made sure I was comfortable with my exam. I was in and out in no time at all and my order was processed very fast. I went here and the staff although they get busy, they took the time to make sure my son got glasses that fit him and looked good on him. Angel and staff are knowledgeable and helped us to have a pleasant experience. These people are definitely worth the wait to have stellar service. Next door, Dr. Elton Wong gave me a speedy eye exam. Dr. Wong while working at a quick pace, did not make me feel rushed. He really has mastered the efficiency of performing the eye exam from beginning to finish without wasting anyone’s time.
