Everything was good until I came back to the center according to the ETA they gave me to get my prescription glasses and found out they completely forgot them. They told me they immediately put the rush order for me and tried to complete asap but would not promise or inform me the new ETA, they told me to come back again next Friday but could not promise my glasses for sure will be there next time. I feel so terrible right now and they also did not offer any compensation method for delaying my item

Just left feeling frustrated from my experience. I told the optician what I wanted and they were dismissive every step of the way by insisting on frames I don’t need and complaining about my coverage. I promptly left since they obviously don’t want business here.

I had an issue with my order and it didn’t come in for much over a month late. That would be fine if I didn’t have to call all the time for updates and how to proceed with the order. The staff always seemed inconvenienced and rude. No one ever apologizes, but makes a lot of excuses. I didn’t feel like I got a clear answer on the problem until I received the contacts.
