No stars. Unhelpful regarding disabilities and very unwilling to even try to find a solution to continue the examination. The Dr appeared as if he a highly trained medical professional had no idea as to how to proceed didn't even seem like he wanted to. Very unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied. Definitely do not recommend.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They don't rush you or make you buy the more expensive one, their frame options are okay, but they did offer to patch up my old one until the new one comes. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Shibata, the staff. Good choice overall.
Excellent staff, they had my glasses ready in less than a week.
They have a great selection of frames for any (and I mean any) budget. The friendly, attentive staff made me feel right at home when I stopped by with questions about ordering prescription sunglasses and told me exactly what I needed to bring in to get started. Fitore was the associate that helped me through the process. She was very thorough, friendly and personable. Maria, Mark and Steph are always very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Dr. Shibata is very patient, kind and thorough! I recommend this vision center!
