The quality of the lenses I purchased from this location has been very disappointing. I constantly have to wipe and clean them throughout the day — at least 5 times daily when wearing these glasses. On top of that, it took three separate attempts to finally get my prescription correct. To be fair, I own 15+ pairs of glasses and usually go to the Union City location without issues. I visted the Vision Center yesterday, and had an exemplary experience from the exam all the way through check out. Employee Luvv was extremely helpful and patient as I tried multiple pairs of frames. I highly recommend them for your vision care.
