Needed a repair on my glasses..stopped in the vision center & repair was made almost immediately w/no charge(which was unexpected)..very helpful & friendly & much appreciated..ty
PROS—- When choosing my frames, lenses & all Ms. Kymber was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable with information of all. She was enjoying her job & assisting customers & is a definite asset to this company!!!! CONS— After a call from Devon that my glasses were ready I went to pick up the next day , and found 3- 5 people waiting for some help — BUT—- only 2 workers there, one lady was very not liking her job or people!! UPDATE= That very unprofessional woman is no longer there & replaced by another helpful, friendly woman L... read more
