Auorora is a very rude person, she needs to be fired immediately! I called on the phone to see if I can get my prescription emailed to me and she right away put me on hold and didn’t even let me talk. When I called again she gave me very bad attitude and blamed it on her being the only person working, very unprofessional person and very disrespectful.

Yesterday I went to their office to take my very first appointment and the young lady to the little frontdesk was aweful. She talked with arrogance. She makes part of these rude workers of the city that gives a bad insight from the center where they work for.
Kristina made my experience choosing new glasses quick, efficient, and very pleasant. I highly recommend their services. Dr. Park and her staff were also pleasant and helpful, and I recommend their services as well.
