I called the Walmart Vision Center to ask about my son’s glasses warranty, and the lady who answered, named Nicki, was very rude and dismissive. She sounded annoyed when I asked my questions and gave me attitude instead of trying to help. At the end of the call, she suddenly changed her tone and pretended to be nice, but it came off as sarcastic. I expected better customer service, especially when all I wanted was information about my child’s warranty.

I've been using Walmart Vision & glasses for many years. I've been very content, this time I'm extremely happy with my new pair. A huge shout out to Nicole Clark thanks so much! You made it enjoyable!
