I called the Walmart Vision Center to ask about my son’s glasses warranty, and the lady who answered, named Nicki, was very rude and dismissive. She sounded annoyed when I asked my questions and gave me attitude instead of trying to help. At the end of the call, she suddenly changed her tone and pretended to be nice, but it came off as sarcastic. I expected better customer service, especially when all I wanted was information about my child’s warranty.

The process towards getting new glasses was smooth and hassle free. Optometrist and staff super friendly and made me feel comfortable wearing glasses. He even shared with me new information about my eyes and used my old glasses as a guide line which is a plus. The saving paper thing a little weird but okay lol. Purchasing the glasses and picking them up wonderful staff. I have never been told to keep my glasses on for 10 minutes. New information and now I depend on my glasses. My insurance was unfortunately really hard to get a hold of during the process of getting new glasses. But both the doctor office and Where you actually buy the glasses, Waited on hold for two hours individually to specifically get all the information I needed to order glasses and go to my appointment. They work hard with a great attitude!
