Jude gets mentioned multiple times in the reviews because she is excellent. Jude reminds me of when customer passion, service and dedication mattered. Walmart had the premium frames Costco did not.
I have never needed glasses and I have obviously then never worn contacts. As I tried to find out answers to the questions I had, I felt so uncomfortable trying to get the help I needed from the two women who were working. I do not come across bad customer service very often, actually rarely do I ever come across those who lack interpersonal communication skills and who are so unskillful at making you feel welcome. I will never go here for service and I will never recommend them based on this experience.
I would recommend seeing Jude she is very good at helping patients.
John was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend going to him for exams.
We had such a great experience at Total Eye Care in SLC! They got us in right away, were super thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Fast, friendly, and professional — couldn’t ask for better service!
