Took my glasses in for a simple frame tightening. For some reason 3-4 of them went back with my glasses. Then when they returned, they were indeed tightened but with 2 new chips in the lenses that are very apparent in my field of view. They said they didn't see it happen; but they were absolutely unchipped when I handed them to them. Now I'll either need to buy new ones or get used to permanently looking past the chips.

I've been coming to this location for years. Everyone who works here has a lot of experience and I don't feel like they're pushing an upsale. For example, my prescription is very close in both eyes but not exactly the same; Dr Baker asks me if I want to get both contacts in the same prescription to make it easier, while he could just as easily sell me twice as many contacts for an imperceptible difference, and I wouldn't know better.
