I've been coming to this location for years. Everyone who works here has a lot of experience and I don't feel like they're pushing an upsale. For example, my prescription is very close in both eyes but not exactly the same; Dr Baker asks me if I want to get both contacts in the same prescription to make it easier, while he could just as easily sell me twice as many contacts for an imperceptible difference, and I wouldn't know better. This Walmart vision center was of the charts! From the start I felt like I was part of the vision family. Betty was so helpful finding the correct pair of glasses that made beautiful! Especially right now during the holidays really made them that much more special! Don’t walk, run to the vision center!! <3
Hands down the best customer service out there! Highly recommend going here!
Closed my business early, drove 30 minutes and they were closed 15 min in advance. If you send me a text saying that I can pick up my glasses and that you close at 8:00pm and I show up before that and you’re closed then you’re inpatient and clearly don’t value people’s time.
