This was the best experience ever, my technician's name was Sonja G. And she was absolutely the best. She honestly treated me like a high priority customer, went above and beyond answering questions, plus the lady definitely knows her trade! Horrible place if I could give lower than one star I would. The receptionist who is also the boss, lies about the costs associated with the visit. The staff members said that the boss made the appointment and she conveniently was not present. I suppose she was the only appropriate scapegoat. I specifically asked the lady that if there would be any fees to be notified, in which there was blatantly no follow up call as promised.
