Mark a Caucasian male is rude an unprofessional! He has zero customer service and lacks etiquette. He rushes customers and doesn’t listen or try to help. While speaking with him on the phone today requesting assistance from someone else since he wasn’t willing to, he hung up the phone on me. Immediately, I called back and asked for him, I was told he was seeing a patient. This is someone I saw the day before. He really doesn’t need to be there if he can’t act professionally.
