I visited Vision Center twice - once with my parents and once with my aunt to get prescription eyeglasses. Both visits were excellent experiences. Denis and Eleanor were very patient and helpful, taking the time to explain all options clearly and assisting us in selecting frames that suited everyone’s style and needs. Defetiyly don't recommend this place if you're in papillion go with next door
They got my prescription wrong the first time. I went back to let them know and the doctor roger klassen argued with me basically saying I was wrong and that he knows my vision better than I do. Thought it was extremely unprofessional. So I insisted he change the lens of my glasses I ordered to the old rx I had and he said he would. One week later I picked up my glasses and come to realize the doctor did not change it to the old rx like he said he was going to. It was the same incorrect rx.
