They got my prescription wrong the first time. I went back to let them know and the doctor roger klassen argued with me basically saying I was wrong and that he knows my vision better than I do. Thought it was extremely unprofessional. So I insisted he change the lens of my glasses I ordered to the old rx I had and he said he would. One week later I picked up my glasses and come to realize the doctor did not change it to the old rx like he said he was going to. It was the same incorrect rx. Great, helpful customer service -- the best Walmart Vision Center in the Omaha metro.
I had wanted a new pair of glasses, but the place I go for exams didn’t have the style I wanted. I checked out Walmart’s vision center with my prescription, and was able to find a pair I liked. The two associates that helped me were helpful and friendly. My glasses came in sooner than expected, and the lady who helped me (who had also helped me order them), made sure they were all clean and ready to go.
