Apparently I grew a third eye while I was at my appt. First, the lady messed up & charged me $89.50/each for 3 lenses. Got home & reviewed the receipt & noticed there were also 2 charges titled "exam" for $52.00. Went back to store. Lady kept apologizing & blaming the system for overcharging me on the 3rd lense. She flat out lied & said that the 2nd $52.00 charge was a fitting fee for the contacts I also ordered & the receipt was just "labeled wrong". Day before yesterday I get a call from the vision center. I just called to make a appointment and the rude lady that answered literally told me "your going to have to get your insurance information together then call back" and hung up. Didn't give me a chance to speak. I will make sure, even if I go 50 miles out of the way, that I don't go here again.
