Terrible! Went asked for a quote the attendant one was walking around no giving a damn the other was busy on her phone did not even made eye contact gave me there flat fees I explained I have insure I would like to get a quote and was interested in purchasing she gave me a run around got me into thinking it’s hella expensive to get glasses and just a lot of red flags, to what she explained a lot of hidden fees everything is charged by desperate I mean EVERYTHING and just not worth it. I had a bad experience with the personal worker, they never called me to tell me that my glasses were ready I had to go to the store, and they checked my order and it results that they had put a incorrect number, and the person that was answering my question had a bad humor she was acting like if they were giving me the glasses for free.
Suzzy was awesome with my son that is Autistic. She interacted with him in his interest which was a plus.
My experience with the vision center was Outstanding!!! They were very knowledgeable & took care of me with both pair of glasses!!! I would definitely come back!!!
