Usually don’t have a problem But this last time is not so great Got new glasses and the lenses are not right!! They are give me a very hard time on making them right. They keep on telling me to come back later after I wore them awhile. I don’t need to wear them awhile longer the lenses are wrong! Someone please help What are they waiting for? For the 60 days to expire so they don’t have to fix them under the grace period!!!
I’ve been going to the Walmart East Greenville vision center for many years and I just want to give a shoutout to the girls in the front, Tina and Janelle, who have helped me from the beginning through all the eye doctors that have been there. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the right frames and fit. The whole reason I keep going there is because of their outstanding customer service. They really care, which is hard to find these days. I’m truly grateful to have them. 🤓
