My biggest issue with walmart vision is their return policy. If you happen to get a pair of glasses that don't work for you and want to return them, prepare for a long wait for approval and refund before you can reorder. In my case, the process outlasted the insurance coverage I had at the time.
Worst Eye Exam Experience – Avoid Dr. Tran at Walmart Optical Hands down one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had at any medical office. I came in for a contact lens prescription and had to return three times because of double vision. Dr Tran is unprofessional worst eyes Doctors there is, I come in for contact lenses and have to come back three times do to double vision still no prescription given after the third time, and no refund, I guess this what happens when you go to Walmart optical, so stay away come at yours own risk. Ohh and there’s a Karen at the front desk also
Dr. Tran explained everything very thoroughly. The staff is excellent!
