They are NOT advanced enough for real serious problems please read. I have went 16 years almost in HELL. I’ve went to this eye doctor 3 times over the years and he would tell me the feelings I was having is NOT my eye’s. It got to the point I was stuck living and working with in a 5 mile distance. WILL NOT RETURN!! I have taken my daughter her for years. The woman at the front desk couldn’t find my daughter’s insurance information even though she had been coming there for eye exams for years! When I told her that I had to reschedule her eye exam and this was the new appointment date she rudely said “thanks for telling me” as if it’s my job to assist her with doing her job. I did not see the doctor here, but I did purchase glasses here. The prices were much better than other places, they had a good selection of nice frames in all price ranges, and they offer a 60 day exchange time frame if you aren't satisfied with the glasses. The staff members that I have interacted with on my multiple visits to choose and help adjust my glasses have been pleasant and helpful.
Nick was AMAZING! I went to pick up my glasses and after walking around Walmart and getting to my car I was so upset. (Not about the glasses or service just them on me ) It's my first time having glasses, so new and uncomfortable with the change. I went right back in and Nick took the time without hesitation when I asked for help. I received contact lenses through them. The contact lenses were no longer working for me. The contact lenses really dried my eyes out and I was getting really bad headaches . so i tried To return them. The staff in the vision center was very rude, dismissive and would not allow me to. The African male and the heavyset caucasian woman. They have a 90 day moneyback guarantee so I was able return them online though . I don’t know why they were so dismissive in store.they Did not want to help me at all.
