Please get someone who's ACTUALLY knowledgeable and has the right listening/comprehension skills to answer the phone. Asked if she could find my frames by item number and she said yes, and then after providing it she says she can only search by a UPC. After wasting my time, all I got from talking to the Hispanic female was a headache and an attitude.

So I went to order my contacts and there was a white lady with a pixie cut black hair with a European accent. At first she was nice when I said I wanted to order my contacts. I then asked if I can get my eye measured and she asked if I bought glasses and I said no. I said I know y’all measured my husband before so I was just asking. I was told by her that I was wrong they must of given him an old measurement. I said no I don’t think so. That’s when her attitude changed. By far the best customer experience I have ever had inside a Walmart store. Alina was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. Very personable and bubbly. I will be bringing my family here for their eyecare needs going forward.

My primary pair of glasses needed nose pads. The wonderful woman there replaced them quickly and made sure they fit properly. So happy 😊.
