Please get someone who's ACTUALLY knowledgeable and has the right listening/comprehension skills to answer the phone. Asked if she could find my frames by item number and she said yes, and then after providing it she says she can only search by a UPC. After wasting my time, all I got from talking to the Hispanic female was a headache and an attitude.
