So I went to order my contacts and there was a white lady with a pixie cut black hair with a European accent. At first she was nice when I said I wanted to order my contacts. I then asked if I can get my eye measured and she asked if I bought glasses and I said no. I said I know y’all measured my husband before so I was just asking. By far the best customer experience I have ever had inside a Walmart store. Alina was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. Very personable and bubbly. I will be bringing my family here for their eyecare needs going forward.
My primary pair of glasses needed nose pads. The wonderful woman there replaced them quickly and made sure they fit properly. So happy 😊.
Exp 1st time was great! 2 ladies have been there long time were so nice & helpful. The 2nd time: They may have been tired & I get that. No big deal. But. I called for advice bc arm of glasses broke. Phone rang & rang. When finally picked up someone hung up - THREE times. Girl answered 4th time. Told her I was getting disconnected. She said nothing. Came here in a panic as I had an accident with my glasses and Alina was able to get me right! It was close to closing time but that didn’t stop her from giving me an exceptional customer experience and making me feel at ease in a stressful moment. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and my glasses came out feeling brand new.
