My eyeglass frames broke, and I initially took them to a Walmart in Baltimore. Unfortunately, I was rudely told, “Walmart does not fix that,”and was told to “Google it.” After doing so, I discovered that Walmart DOES repair frames when they are covered under warranty…which mine were. I scheduled online via the Walmart website for my local Walmart on Millcreek Road in Allentown, and showed up for my appointment promptly, and was told that they have no online scheduling, and was summarily dismissed in an unfriendly way... I wonder why the receptionist didn't try to schedule me instead of categorically denying the fact they list online signup, I was right there, looking to be a customer. I called COSTCO and got an appointment and was treated with courtesy and professionalism.
