We have been coming here for years! Always great service. Never rude people despite the complains.
Poorly trained Employee. Left me, and the other patron who walked up 15 mins after me, waiting 30 mins before even acknowledging I was there. Only then, to inform me the optometrist was not there and ONLY BY APPOINTMENT (though walkins welcome advertised). I used Walmart vision for years with my children & myself (in other states). Yo también si pudiera daria cero estrellas, fui rechazada por no traer un interprete en persona, espere varias semanas para tener mi cita, llegue temprano y no quisieron atenderme a pesar de tener un interprete en video llamada, a pesar de haberles comentado que hace unos días tuve un accidente en mi trabajo, cayó algo en mis ojos, y hoy por fin estaría con el doctor, además tengo 2 años comprando aquí con ellos mis lentes de contacto, upss parece que esa señorita que está en la recepción es racista, lamentablemente me voto
