This optical department use to be great but now they’re a complete mess. One of the clerks was rude, said they didn’t take my insurance, then the manager called 45 minutes later saying they did. Then my son needed replacement lenses, we ordered them, I got a bunch of texts saying they were ready for pick up, we go to the store, they turn us away because the tech is on lunch, then today we go again and they said the replacement lenses were cut to the wrong size, they need to reorder again. A mess and lots of wasted time.
I went in for an annual exam and they billed the incorrect codes. I am trying to get this fixed which has turned into a project. Stay away.
I had gone and purchased a pair of of glasses which I am very happy with. The lady that waited on me was both courteous and professional. Three weeks had passed and I returned to ask a question about another pair of glasses that I purchased a couple of years earlier. I was getting small scratches on the lenses every time I cleaned them and I just wanted to know what the reason might be. Dawn was such a delight. I came in there not knowing if they could service me or not, but a delightful lady named Dawn took my glasses and the strings that I brought with me and magically put them together even though I didn’t have enough string. She made it work beautifully. Thank you, Dawn!!
