I recently found out that my 2 year old needs glasses, and let me tell you, I’ve been through the ringer trying to find the right fit for her and an optical shop that would fill frames for little ones. I called a handful of times with multiple questions as a parent new to the glasses world and every time I called the person on the phone was kind and helpful. Doctors office ( especially receptionist) is efficient and kind. The rest of staff in the vision center ( mostly a few older women) are super nasty. The husky man is the only one worth speaking too.
