I’m not usually the type to leave this kind of review but I am. I called Walmart Vision Center and was placed on hold for 18 mins. All for nothing so…I called back. Another lady answered the phone immediately, then placed me on hold and hung the call up because I told her about the 18 min wait. Are you kidding me? I called a 3rd time and ANOTHER lady answered. I finally got to ask one simple question and got my answer. Seriously, stop hiring ppl for customer service if they don’t know how to answer a phone or speak to a cust... read more

Amanda was out vision consultint she was spot on in choosing glass frames. I'm very happy with her choice of frames. She was very happy doing her job which is refreshing to have that kind of service. Thank you Amanda for a job well done.
