Was on hold for 5 minutes trying to set an appointment for 2 people was not helped but they where efficient in declining my call
I was assured by the representative I worked with that everything on my order was covered by my vision insurance. He even suggested specific special additions to my new glasses as he again advised they were covered. Surprise! 5 months later I get a bill for more than $300. Not pleased and I will make sure to let everyone I know to be more careful and less trusting of this place.
My glasses was old and they broke, I went to Walmart as a walk in and they took me right in. The doctor was great. I went into Walmart to get glasses. A gentleman name David took care of me, I found glass but my insurance didn’t cover them. Surprise. So I did order two pair one sunglasses and one regular and took out the one year insurance cost was around 500 dollars. They came in within 7-10 days. David working at Walmart Vision Center was super niceand kind answering all the questions, walked me through my insurance, and helped me to make an order for getting a prescription and glasses. Walmart needs to give this guy a raise!!!
