I walked in simply to ask whether they accepted my insurance. The gentleman checked the system and confirmed that my insurance was accepted. He then explained that I was not eligible for a new frame through my insurance until January 1, 2027, because the frame I currently have is less than two years old. I completely understand the insurance policy, and that was not the problem. The problem was his attitude and the way he handled the interaction. I had an eye infection got it taken care of and then I walked into these beauts. Clip on sunglass attachments! I knew they would be back! Love y'all. 🤍
I got a eye exam and was told I need bifocal glasses and I spent $270 on the glasses picked them up yesterday and I told the woman I couldn't see with them and she said it takes some getting used to and would keep the other lenses I bought for 2 weeks if I'm not happy I went back this morning as soon as they opened and they were unable to find the lenses very unhappy
