I haven't gotten my glasses yet so I guess jury is still out on the product, but I just had my first appointment with Dr. Lotspeich and he was amazing! Usually at other places I feel so frustrated and confused in the exam room and walk out with a just-okay prescription, but Dr. Lotspeich took the time to articulate what the differences between the different lenses actually are and he answered all the questions I have about my eyes and my vision. Not sure what to rate. Hours posted are not correct. I was there today Saturday at 2p.m. and they were closed.
Josh took perfect care of me when I ordered my glasses. He is a wonderful asset to Walmart - professional, knowledgeable, kind and just a pleasure to be around. I wish I could give him 10 stars!
This the second time i get screwed by this place .I blought glasses couple years ,expensive progressive ,supposily it was made by Nikon ,$600 went o the garbage .after less than 8 month ,it was nothing but garbage .lenses got spikles and foggy . This year i decided to pay extra 5o for warranty,in less than one month ,got foggy and I couldnt see right .offcoursr the associate return it but they claim that $160 dollars will go to the insurance ,that the worse really .They could have at least make me keep the frame instead of m... read more
