Messed up my glasses and sent me an email blaming myself for the mistake, then they corrected the mess up and then tried to bill my insurance once again for the eyeglasses! I will be going elsewhere from now on this whole situation has me think about Walmart and their code of ethics!!
The optometrist and optician that I dealt with did an excellent exam and fitting. The frame choices were better than Sam's Cub, but not as good as Visionworks. My glasses arrived in good condition, and a reasonable length of time. After having the glasses for approximately 2 months I received a bill from Walmart for an additional $131.00 due to the fact that "they" did not correctly quote me the price up front, and were not reimbursed by my insurance co. Very unprofessional vision center staff. They exhibit unfriendly and irritated attitude.
Just finishing up!! Very professional and made me feel VERY COMFORTABLE!! Please do not look at the NEGATIVE reviews!!! They were very professional!!!!!!!
