Went here to pay for a friend's prescription. I walked up to an employee who wasn't doing anything. He then told me to stand in line and somebody would be right with me. I waited for almost 25 minutes. There were 4 employees altogether and not one of them were doing a thing. I asked again if someone could help me and again I was told someone would be right with me. This has to be the absolute worst vision center I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure what I expected seeing as it’s in Walmart. Don’t even bother trying to call, you won’t get through. They have one employee ,Ryan, that is amazing, but the rest, shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public. Prepare to wait hours for each service. No one answers phones. It just rings no matter what time of day I call.
Very poor exam, stood there waiting to be checked in for my appt for 15mins while ppl were just walking past me. Was given a pair of trial contacts (normal) one tore after one day of wear & the other one was not even close to the right prescription. Was told I had to wait 2 weeks before they could do anything because there was no Doctor for 2 weeks. Attempted to call 5x & no answer or a way to leave a message. Definitely will not be using them again!
