I absolutely loved working with Maria. I'm a visibly-diverse person who sometimes is glared at or treated poorly in public, but Maria never seemed phased by me and was consistently welcoming, kind, and friendly. She's even talked to me about cost/discounts candidly when she didn't have to. My only downside is that when I originally came in, I did wait about 45 minutes. I am a healthcare worker and accidentally dropped my glasses in some contaminated fluid while caring for a pt. I called to ask if I could get an emergency pair of readers using my prescription on file, and they refused bc it expired 7 days ago. I can’t get an appointment for weeks so for them not to make an exception for 7 days just to craft a cheap pair of readers is typical corporate policy BS. They don’t care about customers, they are all about the bottom line. Shop local.
Marisa was very friendly and did a great job.
I was impressed with the optimitrist and his professionalism. He took the time to listen and had good patient manners. He explained things in a way that I could understand and helped me shake my insecurities by putting me in some stunning glasses.
