I am a healthcare worker and accidentally dropped my glasses in some contaminated fluid while caring for a pt. I called to ask if I could get an emergency pair of readers using my prescription on file, and they refused bc it expired 7 days ago. I can’t get an appointment for weeks so for them not to make an exception for 7 days just to craft a cheap pair of readers is typical corporate policy BS. They don’t care about customers, they are all about the bottom line. Shop local.
Marisa was very friendly and did a great job.
I was impressed with the optimitrist and his professionalism. He took the time to listen and had good patient manners. He explained things in a way that I could understand and helped me shake my insecurities by putting me in some stunning glasses.
I picked up my glasses today and couldn't be happier! My prescription was from another vision center but optician at Walmart took his time going over everything with me. The cost is super affordable even without insurance and I got my glasses in a week. Very nice experience!
Ever since the Manger left (Kevin?) things have been terrible. They are short staffed and cannot service customers. In addition, they have no doctor so it's a waste of time visiting there.
