Very rude employee. I called to ask a question she had attitude and she hung up on me.
I ordered frames and lenses. They said they would call when they came in, but they never called. I tried to call them, but nobody ever answers the phone there because they're under staffed. I ended up getting through finally, and of course they had been there for days. I then had the unfortunate experience of having to use my warranty. Again, nobody called me when my replacement lenses came in.
