I ordered frames and lenses. They said they would call when they came in, but they never called. I tried to call them, but nobody ever answers the phone there because they're under staffed. I ended up getting through finally, and of course they had been there for days. I then had the unfortunate experience of having to use my warranty. Checked in online & sat in the lobby for over a half hour without being helped then told I would have to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was leaving for the day. Do not recommend wasting your time or money there
