I’ve bought my teenager and myself glasses here. Very helpful and nice ladies working there. Love the affordable selections.
My experience at the Forest Hills Richmond location was great on all counts. Sam, the manager, was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pricing was great, the selection could have been better--but I got what I wanted.
They just sit there and look at their phones and try to avoid or get rid of you as soon as possible!
They are not in your insurance network and they said, they ll file claim for you which they never did.
This is an early on review as I can only attest to the man who helped me order glasses. He was very thorough, no pressure and helped me pick out a nice frame.
